New Product

A large telecommunications company wanted to offer a new B2B service in a market segment that was just emerging. 

The main goal was to be the first market participant to place the offer in order to gain the biggest market share and maximise the high margins in the beginning of the product life cycle. 

One challenge, however, was the fact that the offering was new to the market, meaning that both the employees and the supplier had no experience in implementing the necessary IT changes.
