Roland Tritsch leads the engineering division at Nitro and helps large Fortune 500 companies go through their digital transformation programmes by making documents smarter. He is passionate about software engineering as a craft and likes to build scalable solutions that make users smile. Before Nitro, Roland was VP of Engineering at Gilt Groupe, where he led the build-out of their Dublin engineering team. Before Gilt, Roland spent nine years at IONA Technologies, where he managed the EMEA services operation. He has also held roles as CTO, Chief Architect and Chief Open Source Strategist.
