The professional life theme of Matthias is innovation and transformation in the field of tension between business and technology. After ten years as an IT security consultant, he worked for more than seven years as a product and program manager and finally as a division manager in Asia. Since his return, Matthias has been working as a coach, consultant, trainer, and writer in the field of agile corporate transformation and business agility. At metafinanz, he co-founded the "Disruptive Technologies" business area and set up the Enterprise Agility training academy.
