Marcel Nickler holds a degree in actuarial mathematics. He is a partner at the management and technology consultancy BearingPoint and a member of their Global Management Committee. Marcel likes dealing with innovation and digital transformation and strongly believes in the power of values, as they substantially drive people’s behaviour. He invests his personal time into the empowerment and development of people and teams. Over 16 years in consulting, he has served as a strategic advisor to multinational institutions and market leaders, mainly in the financial services industry.
