In 2010 he was promoted to Global Head of Organisation Development at AXA, focusing on HR metrics, culture change, employer branding, workforce planning and employee insight. In 2012, back in Switzerland, he founded the strategy consultancy firm DoD!fferent, which delivers strategic support on people management, employer branding, culture change and innovation.

Is digital change about technology? I doubt it. It is rather about dealing with new opportunities. Similar to the invention of the machine, it leads us to rethink the present. Giving up comfort zones and giving up footholds, not knowing where the new ones will exactly be, is a very hard thing to do. So, digital change is more about change in general than digital. In the face of the new digital opportunities, corporates are looking in the mirror and instantly feeling very old. Too fat, too wrinkly, too slow. Getting ft cannot be fixed with medicine; it has to be fixed by a change of mindset.
